ABOUT ME

As an executive and entrepreneur, I have been successful at growing, scaling, and continuously improving organizations. Whether focusing on accelerating growth through innovation and competitive offerings, identifying areas of improvement, or right-sizing organizations to align with changing priorities, I engage people and work collaboratively for seamless execution. I am a common sense decision-maker with a wealth of wisdom, a people leader with the strong ability to empathize with people of diverse backgrounds, an avid mentor, and a relationship builder.

My background managing end-to-end aspects of organizations, including operations, business and product strategy, finance, people management, and governance, provides the background needed to help clients in a number of different areas of business development. I am focused on thinking ahead to further advance the organization’s vision and position. I offer 4 distinct services to my clients:

* Coaching managers and their teams to develop a trust-based culture through learning to provide balanced feedback and creating rigorous accountability practices
* Establishing operational excellence which includes adopting best practices in organizational design, end-to-end lifecycle management of people and short and long-term strategic planning
* Providing deep analysis of technology right-sourcing decisions
* Establishing the Office of the COO with KPI metrics, governance and process that leads to consistent results
