ABOUT ME

I joined Labcorp as a University Relations and Early Talent Consultant for the Global Talent Management department. I spearheaded introducing a university relations and internship program to the business, piloting the programing in the Dublin, Ohio, reference lab. I built and executed strategy around selecting targeted universities, including developing partnerships with deans, chairs, and faulty, career and student services offices, student organizations, and student academic achievement programs for the goal of building early talent pipeline. With the internal efforts for starting a new internship program, I worked with business units to introduce the program aspects into the staffing equation, train managers for working with intern-level talent, and build orientation and learning and development components delivered to interns during their employment. As of February 2021, I've started shifting into a L&D facilitator role, still delivering workshops and seminars to interns but also expanding into facilitating learning and development for other areas of the workforce.

Prior to joining Labcorp, I worked over a decade in higher education delivering student services as a director, coordinator, educator, and counselor/advisor in offices of career services, study abroad, service-learning, and in a student-staffed advertising and design agency.  

Prior to academia, I recruited college students for overseas positions in the United States Peace Corps.
