I began my career in corporate learning and development in 1997 in a techical support contact center for RCA. Since then I have worked for Canon (technical support), Papa John's International (quick-serve restaurant) and Humana (insurance and health care).  While I have served as a Training and Quality Manager and Director of Organizational Effectiveness, the thing I still enjoy the most is consulting on performance and building learning interventions.

My current interests are in learning in the workflow, microlearning, EPSS, cognitive learning theory, and measurement. As of the date of this post, I am currently serving as project lead for a pilot that will introduce EPSS to one of our clients using the tool WalkMe.
