During my 20 years in HR I have always found developing future managers one of the most rewarding experiences.  And ATD offers great ways to keep current in training and development.

In 2018 I completed the Master Trainer program,  Facilitating Virtual Training certificate program, and officially earned my CPTD.

Marriott, LEGOLAND, MemorialCare, and KPBS are some brand names you may recognize.  I have been lucky enough to work in these branded organizations in many different HR roles and specialty areas - employee and labor relations to training and development to recruitment.  I am currently working at BioLegend, a life sciences company as the HR manager.   I am developing Leadership Development programs, New hire orientations experiences and ad hoc training programs as needed amd am starting to venture into live virtual facilitation world.

In 2019, I started teaching Crucial Conversations by Vital Smarts, now  Crucial Learning.  Since I have taken other Crucial Learning courses to facilitate:  Getting Things Done, Crucial Accountability, and Influencer.  I have facilitated all these courses live and virtually. 

Recently, I acquired an ATD Articulate Certificate and have created many courses in Articulate: Rise and Storyline.

I work with SME's to created tailored courses for train the trainer and specialized work tasks.
