Heidi Lynne Kurter is a workplace culture consultant and leadership coach at Heidi Lynne Consulting helping companies create inclusive cultures that improve retention, engagement, productivity and performance. As a consultant, Heidi uses her HR experience to redefine recruiting, onboarding, talent development and retention processes. Companies hire her to train, coach and consult for their teams and organizations of all sizes. Heidi has a unique focus on addressing and repairing toxic cultures that turn employees into evangelists.
She's gained a breadth of knowledge working internationally in Europe, America and Southeast Asia. Heidi is an active member of her community as a domestic violence mentor, a volunteer leadership coach for Babson College students, a mentor for Ivy League students, an anti-workplace bullying advocate and a domestic violence mentor. She proudly holds a black belt in Six Sigma, and is a former Society of HR Management (SHRM) chapter president.
