Principal, Learning Cadence Consulting

Holly is an experienced Executive learning leader with 30+ years of innovation and strategic training and education design, development and delivery across corporate, post-secondary and non-profit environments.  Holly launched Learning Cadence consulting (learningcadence.com) in the fall of 2020 after stepping out of her role as Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at BOMI International as she has always had a lifelong dream to have her own business.  Holly's key competencies include but are not limited to:

Holly's passion has always been coaching, mentoring and supporting the growth of individuals and organizations by enabling opportunities for them to achieve their highest potential for performance.  Holly’ personal commitment to learning is represented by her achievement of the CPTD certification through Atd in 2017 and participation in broader learning community initiatives such as serving as a judge for the Human Capital Learning Elite program from 2018-2020, presenting at the Executive Forum at the Learning Guilds DevLearn conference in Las Vegas, and serving as a reviewer most recently for presentation abstract reviews for the Online Learning Consortium conference.  In additions, she has now joined the Flagship 2021 class for Leadership Anne Arundel, a non-profit entity focused on growing community leaders where she lives.

When not working, Holly may be found pursuing her latest athletic endeavor such as rowing, swimming, running, playing tennis or golf  as well as enjoying time on the lovely Chesapeake Bay and its surrounding areas with family and friends.
