ABOUT ME
Advance Learning Group founder Howard Prager works to strengthen people and organizations through executive coaching, creating impactful leadership and learning programs, keynote speaking, and facilitating important board and team meetings.  He designs successful workshops and certificate programs that are memorable, effective, and have won several professional awards.  His programs and work are informative, customized, practical, and fun.  Howard serves as a facilitator for the Human Capital Institute for senior HR programs in strategic workforce planning, change, coaching, leadership development and succession planning.  He is a Lead Assesor of training certificate programs for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI ANAB).   Certified in Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder-Centered Coaching, Howard is a part of the Marshall Goldsmith MG100.  He is also certified in the Hartmann Profile and Human Synergistics Levels 1 and 2 assessments.  Howard earned his MBA from the University of Michigan in Organizational Behavior and has a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University.
