Jacob is the Past President of the Madison Area Chapter (MAC) of ATD.  Jacob is an internationally experienced Learning and Development professional with ten years of teaching, training, and curriculum design experience.  His current role professionally partners with business units and clients to identify needs and learning objectives to address gaps.  Jacob has proven abilitites creating engaging knowlege tranfer through absorb and connect strategies on numerous and blended learning platforms including instructor-led, virtual, and multi-media.  Additionally, Jacob has project training plan experience writing comprehensive training plans spanning several weeks as well as developing curriculum and activities for a diverse and international audience.  Jacob is focused on pragmatic training solutions coupled with engaging assessment design and coaching to measure learning and drive company results.
