December 28, 2020 I started my new role with Nationwide Insurance as Sr. Consultant, Risk Management (Work Comp) for commercial insurance.  I have several years of experience in various roles in loss control.  In my career I have enjoyed the role of field representative, multidiscipline leadership, department management, and now my new staff role.

I consider myself a life-long learner who remains curious.  My BS from Central Washington University is in Occupational Safety and Health, MS from Amberton University is in Human Resource Training and Development, and EdD from University of the Cumberlands is in Leadership.  I'm a certified safety professional (CSP) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM).  I hold professional membership in the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and in the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

I live in the Scottsdale, AZ area with my wife (currently) of 35 years.  My two daughters live in the Phoenix area.  I enjoy small group studies and science fiction TV shows and movies, when I'm not researching or enjoying outdoor walks.
