In my most recent roles at ASM Research, I managed and led training projects for a variety of clients, achieving project performance targets and fostering robust customer relationships.

As the Technical Training Lead at Cameron, a Schlumberger Company, I spearheaded the creation, development, and deployment of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and practical solutions that enhanced learner engagement and satisfaction. I worked closely with all relevant stakeholders, including subject matter experts, project managers, and technicians, to develop high-impact training programs. Additionally, I utilized a range of e-learning software tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Premiere Pro, to develop interactive and captivating learning modules.
