Jayne Phillips
ABOUT ME

 

Jayne Phillips is currently the Global Manager of Enablement for the Customer Engagement and Adoption team with SAP SuccessFactors, which insures gold star customer experience. The Customer Engagement Executives partner with existing customers to ensure they realize the full value and business impact of their SAP SuccessFactors investment.  Jayne has created programs to support this rapidly growing global team, including a 3-phase onboarding program which has been completed by nearly 150 employees in the past two years; contributing to solid performance in retention renewals.

 

An expert in human performance, Jayne knows what it takes to manage talent, drive performance, and run an effective organization. When being laid off during the downturn in the housing market she established an independent consultancy, working with businesses to fully leverage their human resource and operational management opportunities.   She has done extensive work with Leadership and Employee Development programs and has great passion for Facilitation and Training.    Jayne is certified in DISC, Facet 5, Situational Leadership, and maintains ongoing competency with best practices.  She graduated SAP’s LEAP Program in 2017, a program for high potential women in Leadership

 

 

Before launching her consulting business in 2008, Jayne was the human resources director for Pulte Homes’ highest volume operating division.  Jayne focused initially on establishing centralized recruiting strategies and programs, consolidating processes and saving $1.8m in her first two years.  She also led the creation and execution of a Leadership Development Program targeting acceleration of high-potentials’ readiness for promotion.   Prior to that, she served on the senior leadership team of Pulte Homes’ information technology department, overseeing organizational effectiveness and human capital programs.

 

 

In addition to real estate and construction, Jayne has worked in a variety of industries, including information technology and telecommunications. She has also consulted for businesses in real estate development, healthcare, hospitality, high-tech, financial services, higher education, food service; as well as government agencies.  Jayne’s opportunity to work with diverse industries has given her exposure to many business models.  She recognizes the value of this diversity, but also knows that no matter the business model or industry; employee engagement and leadership tie back to emotional intelligence, appreciation of individual diversities and investment in leadership coaching and development.

 

 Jayne’s personal mission is simply stated “Stay Curious”.  She lives by the philosophy of continuous learning, inside and outside of the business environment, and strives to help her clients do the same.

 

 Jayne is an active member of Association for Talent Development (ATD), in 2016 she completed training as a professional Coach with Erickson Academy and is pursuing ICF certification. She is also certified in DISC and Facet 5 profile assessments.
