Jennifer has been an Instructional Designer for Vidant Health, a large healthcare system in eastern North Carolina since 2009. She has an MA in Education and Human Development with a focus on Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University in Washington DC. She started her professional career as an Instructional Technologist developing Microsoft Office training on CD 17 years ago. She’s a jack of all trades - web developer, technical writer and instructional designer with a mission to continually improve the quality of online training.
