Jennifer is the training and development manager for Lactalis American Group, the American arm for Groupe Lactalis, the largest dairy manufacturing company in the world. She is also a Medical Service Corps captain in the Idaho Army National Guard, and serves as the medical plans officer for the 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team. Jennifer coordinated and designed, with the local technical college, the first U.S. Department of Labor–recognized apprenticeship program to bridge the maintenance skills gap in Idaho’s manufacturing industry. Jennifer holds an MS in adult education and training and a BS from Brigham Young University-Idaho in organizational communication. She is also a Lean Six Sigma facilitator and a strategic management practitioner for the army.
