ABOUT ME

I have more than 10 years of instructional design experience and specializes in e-Learning development, blended learning, virtual classroom, and the incorporation of technology into corporate learning.  My industry exposure includes the pharmaceutical, technology, sales, telecommunications, financial, and defense sectors.

 My skills include designing course content, developing instructional guides, documenting processes, and managing the deployment of training courses via a variety of scenarios, including virtual and live classroom and podcasting.  I am adept at working with subject matter experts and transforming complex subject matter into clear and concise documents such as training guides and procedure manuals.  My accomplishments include deploying e-Learning courses in multiple languages, and developing instructional guidelines for Articulate templates to be used by sales staff to develop in-house training.

I have designed and delivered training on a wide range of topics, including electronic trial management file systems certification, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, storage area networking (SAN) installation, financial services, and technical and customer service.  I also have served as a Learning Management System administrator.
