Jessica Elisberg
ABOUT ME
A community builder, problem solver, and intrapreneur, Jessie Elisberg specializes in designing and implementing transformational L&D experiences. Drawing on two decades of experience as a teacher, trainer, instructional designer, and learning program manager, Elisberg integrates principles of human-centered design, adult learning, and accessibility and inclusion into her work. Having spent much of her career in international nonprofits, Elisberg also has expertise in nonprofit programming, operations, and diverse stakeholder engagement. She is passionate about leadership development and social innovation. Elisberg holds a master’s degree in international development and a bachelor’s degree in language and linguistics and has worked and lived in Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia and the Pacific, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the US. She is currently director of L&D at Thread, a Baltimore-based nonprofit that harnesses the power of relationships to build a more equitable society.
