Jiashu LIN has more than 15 years experience in the training and development field, including working for Motorola University China, HP School of Business China, and HiSoft Technology International.  He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom, as well as a Certificate of Training and Development co-issued by Pennsylvania State University and Motorola University. His background includes a client base in the IT industry, specifically internet companies, real estate, banking, as well as instructional design work. He has worked on translating Handbook of Training Evaluation and Measurement Methods by Jack Philips.
