Jill Banks is the Director of Learning Operations at SCTE.  She joined the organization in 2017 after a long career in the insurance industry where she managed a team within Learning and Development for Farmers Insurance Group.  In addition to her abilities as a learning and development professional with expertise in designing, implementing, evaluating, and measuring programs, she has demonstrated skills in facilitation, leadership and change management, project management, communication, analytical, problem solving and negotiation.

Her educational background consists of a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business Administration from Keller School of Management.  Her career includes experience in sales, customer retention, training, and quality assurance for several leading Fortune 500 companies.
