Dr. Jill Birch is a leadership advisor, author, and researcher. She is founder and CEO of BirchGrove Inc., and has spoken to 1000s of leaders around the world. Her passion is helping organizations develop individual leaders and teams to achieve their strategic imperatives. Most recently, Jill was the CEO of the Canadian Art Foundation. Prior to this, she held executive positions in C-Suites in retail, broadcasting, education and professional services. Jill holds a Ph.D. from Griffith University.
