I am an accomplished Learning and Development professional who is passionate about creating learning programs that manifest strategic organizational outcomes. I dedicate my time and efforts to advocating for and discovering the most valuable contributora to any organization, employees or team members.
My unofficial learning career began as a supervisor who desired to improve Call Center training programs espousing collaboration, efficiency, scalability, and effective learning techniques. I have always leaned towards education and learning in every job; my hard work and business savvy paid off the day I accepted the training manager position. Since then, I worked hard to combine traditional beliefs about training programs with progressive ones that addressed learning needs and uncovered peripheral benefits of a corporate learning program such as employee mentor programs, which supported a learning culture and elevated the learning experience into a personal development program.
I continue to value service partnerships and have worked to position my contributions as a thought partner and learning leader.
I recently earned my Certified Profesional in Training Management (CPTM) certification, and I am currently working towards achieving my CPTD certification and BA in Sociology.
