ABOUT ME

Julie Holunga is an executive coach, leadership trainer, and speaker working with leaders primarily in the professional services and technology fields, who are striving to bring direction, leadership, and impact to their careers. Her expertise is in the careers of female leaders. Through her proven frameworks, Julie shows her clients how to tangibly and concretely build their careers while raising their internal and external visibility. They learn the skills they were never taught in school. Her trainings and coaching inspire driven professionals to bring their careers to the next level. Success for Julie’s clients comes in more productive work relationships, effective communication strategies, advancement, and refined leadership qualities.

Before starting her leadership development practice, Julie worked as a career advisor to alumni of Harvard Business School. At The Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College, she worked with senior leaders at Fortune 500 corporations to develop, implement, and improve corporate citizenship initiatives. Julie started her career working at Harvard University in the Capital Gifts group, assisting high-net worth alumni impact change.

 

Julie is one of only 30 Master Trainers globally for Emergenetics®, working with teams and firms to reduce miscommunications and conflict, and increase effectiveness and productivity. Julie received her bachelor’s degree in French Literature and Economics at Union College, and her MBA from Boston College. She spent seven years living and attending school in France, India, and Hong Kong. Julie and her family moved from Boston to Calgary, Canada and are now settled in Denver. In her spare time, Julie skis and hikes with her dog in the foothills of Denver and can be found most weekends at a hockey rink watching her kids play.
