Justin Dye Heritage Elementary School principal for eight years, is a leader in his field who has accomplished unprecedented achievements. As principal of the low income charter school, he proudly brought its “D” ADE rating up to an “A” and increased the enrollment from 600 students to nearly 1,000. Earlier in his career, he worked as a second-grade teacher and title 1 coordinator, creating positive parent and student relationships focusing on the needs of low-income families.
