I have more than 15 years experience as an instructional designer and project manager.  My focus over the past 10 years has been in the medical/healthcare industry.  I have worked on development of eLearning, instructor-led and video programs in a variety of topics including health equity, emergency care, nursing, lab and pathology work, leadership development, customer service skills, and more. Prior to becoming an instructional designer, I was a video and multimedia producer for over 8 years.
