Kerry Hearns-Smith is an innovative leader in the transformation and future-focused readiness space. As digital disruption and workforce dynamic shifts have been emerging over the past10 years, Kerry has been committed to helping clients of all sizes prepare and transform for new ways of working and learning. As a senior leader, she has over 20 years experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives for clients in a variety of industries, including British Petroleum (BP), Ernst & Young, Waste Management, and Xerox. Prior to that, Kerry established her foundation in Organizational Psychology and built organizational performance solutions for companies such as AT&T, Hershey, Abbott, UPS, FedEx, PWC, and others. Her deep understanding of human dynamics paired with her experience with organizational performance transformation allows her to expertly guide organizations in being prepared and establishing the ability to adapt at the pace in which work and learning are transforming in order to remain relevant and competitive. Kerry holds a Master’s of Science in Organizational Psychology and has also completed extensive Doctoral work in Organizational Psychology at Capella University.
