Khaled is an innovative global learning and development expert with 21+ years of experience in HR development, HR consultancy, and business development. In addition to his experience in leading HR and training business and building trusted partnerships with vendors, peers, leaders, and stakeholders to drive business performance through learning and development among industries. Using his strong information technology experience he had the ability to drive his business using the latest and most related technologies and automate its processes.

For 16 years has been focused in the training industry, since joining YAT in 2002 as a country manager and VP-Operation, he held various leadership roles in training business management, development and commercial functions. In Egypt, UAE, and KSA he worked for leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning solutions and education curricula that build commercial capabilities to achieve strategic priorities, and maximize performance across different roles including planning managers, sales managers, marketing managers, account managers, financial managers and quality managers to effectively manage direct reports and lead their teams.

Key strengths include IT solutions architecting, system analysis, networking, obstacles solving and achieving through difficult people. He served roles of Learning & Training business management, development and business continuity during this 21 years career in the HRD, Training management, Information technology, and business processes re-engineering.
