I am currently a Trainer II and am working towards achieving the APTD Certification.  I have been working in the Steel Industry for over 20 years, 18 of those in one of the office/business sites and was then recruited to our Technology division to become a Trainer of one of the ERP systems we use. 

I have been a trainer for nearly 4 years.  My accomplishments have been training 2 departments in an ERP system for the year of 2021, and conducting the most Virtual training sessions thus far on our team.  Thankfully, the training for both Infrastructure Migrations, as well as, the ERP system have been a good challenge but, were quickly transformed into virtual training.
