Kim LaGesse is a training and instructional design professional for Education Development Center (EDC), a global nonprofit organization that develops and delivers innovative programs to solve urgent challenges in health, education and economic development. Prior to working for EDC, Kim held positions in training and development for two corporate law firms and has volunteered as a workshop facilitator for a job readiness program for low-income youth.
