Kristen Miller is a learning design manager for Arise Virtual Solutions, where she oversees the development of large scale curriculum design projects for call center agents on the Arise virtual platform. She provides creative direction, strategy, and oversight for the creation of our agent certification experiences, often introducing storytelling, gamification, and new technologies to expedite the learning process and create an ideal learning environment. In addition, she manages and develops an incredible team of project specialists. In 2017, Kristen was honored and recognized as a Elliott Maisie 30 under 30 participant.
