I’m authentically me. A person who has developed a love for the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and a person who has a passion and commitment for teaching others (specifically adults) to learn. How do I do this? By intentionally looking for learning / teachable moments each day and creating a story in which others want and desire to learn and grow. I use my knowledge, experience, skills and, most importantly, imagination in instructional design to tell an engaging story. I’ve become intentional about taking the “corporateness” feeling out of my training and return to the true art of storytelling. Likewise, I use the same elements when invited to speaking engagements. I don’t show up to the platform to preach or tell it like it is, I show up to tell a story. A story painted with all the visual elements and effects that you see beautifully displayed in your favorite movie. I make my best attempt to give life to your thoughts and words that will leave your audience with a learning and teachable moment. 

Who am I?

My current profession is centered around Human Resources with a focus in Training and Development. But I like to think of myself as a storyteller and a visionary with a heart to serve and empower individuals and businesses of all sizes to grow through the one thing that can never be reposed – knowledge.
