ABOUT ME

As a training supervisor at Austin Energy, I lead a team of professionals who design and deliver training programs for various audiences, including employees, customers, and vendors. I have over 15 years of experience in learning and development, and I hold the SHRM-CP credential from the Society for Human Resource Management.

My core competencies include conducting needs assessments, developing training strategies, managing training materials and platforms, analyzing laws, codes, and policies, and consulting with subject matter experts. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion, team building, project management, and eLearning. I use my strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and to ensure the alignment of training objectives and outcomes. I have introduced best practices in corporate training design, client demonstrations, coaching, and performance management action plans. I am familiar with adult learning methodologies and apply them to create engaging and compelling learning experiences. My goal is to empower learners to achieve their full potential and to support the mission and vision of Austin Energy.
