In my current role I am a Sr. Instructional Designer at a large software development organization. Responsibilities include:

• Design, development, and production of learning content (video, WBT, ILT, etc.) to support infrastructure management software. Output 
• Work with subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and organize content that will be designed and developed into learning content tailored to target audience.
• Work with the Learning Systems and Infrastructure Team to coordinate development efforts with plans to implement new learning delivery systems
