Laura Fletcher is a Senior Program Manager for Leadership Development at Salesforce where she designs and manages programs that improve performance and engagement. Prior to joining Salesforce, she was the Manager of Instructional Design at Bottom-Line Performance, where she designed and developed award-winning learning solutions for over seven years. Over the past year she has partnered with Sharon Boller to write “Design Thinking for Training and Development,” published by ATD Press. She is a graduate of DePauw University and earned her master’s degree from University of Illinois.
