Lauren Weisberg
ABOUT ME
Lauren Weisberg is an Instructional Designer and e-Learning Specialist at the University of Florida, where she assists faculty in the Agricultural Education and Communication department with online course design and instructional needs. She also teaches as an Adjunct Lecturer in UF’s College of Education. She holds a B.F.A. from Syracuse University, an M.A.T. from the University of the Arts, and an M.S. in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning and a graduate certificate in Workplace E-Learning and Performance Support from Boise State University. She is currently seeking her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Florida.

Lauren is responsible for e-learning initiatives such as curriculum development, online course design, accessibility, effective digital media integration, and Quality Matters certification for online and blended courses. She also builds self-contained online courses for agriculture extension agents and teachers seeking certification in a number of subject areas within the field.

Lauren currently lives in Gainesville, Florida, and spends her spare time on the ultimate frisbee field and with her husband and 2-year-old son.
