Laurie Firestone Siedelman is the AVP of Organization and People Development for Zenith Insurance Company, a Fairfax Company. In this role, Laurie sets strategic direction for leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives that advance business goals. She also develops and implements policies and communications to ensure that diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging efforts are fully integrated into the organization’s culture and programs.  As an internal coach and consultant, Laurie partners with leaders to develop employee communications, learning tools and processes that optimize the quality and effectiveness of both the Zenith workforce and its culture.

Prior to Zenith, Laurie’s work in healthcare and higher education was spent building educational, career and leadership development programs, along with policies and procedures, that advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives. Laurie was recognized for her own leadership abilities during career turns at both CIGNA and UCLA.

Laurie has a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She previously served as the Regional Editor for the ATD Links Newsletter and as Director of Workshops & Events for the Association for Talent Development – Los Angeles Chapter. She is an active participant in the OD in LA Meetup group.
