I began my career as a K-12 music teacher then took a turn into customer service and sales with Schwan's Home Service.  After two years I began training new employees in our local depot which sparked the love of helping others learn a new skils and become successful in me.  I earned my APTD in 2018 and transitioned again into instructional design in 2022 and I am currently working as a training coordinator for Professional Development for Engineers working with SAE, International. 

ATD has played a big role in my professional development. I have taken the Training Cerfiticate and E-learning certificate courses and I have served my local chapter, ATD Detroit, as a volunteer book club leader, Director of Member Outreach, VP of Membership and 2024 President.
