Leah de Souza is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of TRAINMAR Inter-Regional Programme Ltd, a consultancy specializing in Talent Development and Workforce Performance Improvement.
Leah de Souza brings over a decade of Talent Development and Workplace Performance Improvement experience to every client solution. Her company, Trainmar, helps organizations increase productivity, profitability and positivity through changes in their skills and processes.
Her focus is the client’s desired result; the journey to success varies from project to project. Guided by her values and her down-to-earth style, each project is results-driven, people-focused yet balanced with humanity. When she is not working with her clients she enjoys reading, exercising, foreign language study and travelling.

ü In November 2017, Leah earned the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance® credential from ATD CI (the Association for Talent Development Certification Institute). Earning the CPLP certification means Leah possesses the knowledge and skills to be a top performer in the talent development field. There are 2,451 holders of this designation in the world and Leah is the first with the country stated as Trinidad and Tobago.
ü As a trainer, Leah has trained over 2000 persons and delivered more than 125 programs throughout CARICOM.
ü During her decade plus tenure as the company’s Managing Director and Owner, Trainmar has trained and coached thousands and delivered hundreds of programs.
