Limin GU has over 20 years of experience in human resources development and training, specializing in talent management and strategy, corporate university, instructional design, curriculum development, e-learning, human performance improvement, and organizational development. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Development and Training from Saint Cloud University in the United State. His work experience includes serving as senior consultant for HayGroup, Learning and Knowledge Leader for IBM China, founder and chief consultant of Sino Learning and co-founder of Elibiz Digital Media Technology Co. Ltd. Limin is a published author for both ASTD T&D articles and Training Magazine of China and has years of experience with speaking engagements for national L&D conferences, forums, and summits. Limin is a long-time member of ASTD, has introduced ASTD’s Handbook for Workplace Learning Professionals to China and is proud to be one of the first ASTD trained facilitators in China.
