Lindsay Fletcher, CPTD, is an L&D director with experience in the travel, hospitality, and insurance industries. In his current role as head of global L&D at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, he is responsible for learning and talent strategies, with a focus on strategic capability building. He also currently serves as president for the Association for Talent Development’s New York City chapter.
