Lisa Lang
ABOUT ME

Lisa Lang has over 20 years of leadership experience working in L&D, business excellence, organizational change initiatives, and workforce development.

 

Lisa is a member of the Global Learning and Education leadership team that defines the learning strategy for Siemens globally. In her regional lead role, she is responsible for implementing the learning strategy for business-related learning programs within Siemens in region Americas.  The Learning Campus US organization that she leads operates in a unique business model as entirely self-funded.

 

 Additionally, Lisa is responsible for apprenticeships and dual studies programs in the US to develop the future pipeline of workers with technical skills.

 

Lisa has a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Central Florida, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Clemson University.  She enjoys long-distance running and spending time with her family in their hometown of Winter Park, FL.
