I am an avid motorcycle rider and love to create and deliver innovative and real-world learning opportunities.  I am passionate about developing and improving training because, "if you train your employees, they may leave, but if you don't, they may stay."  

I try to use my 20+ years of experience in sales, management and hospitality to keep things fresh and never met an analogy I didn't like!  I am also responsible for co-developing department onboarding and facilitating the leadership development series in partnership with Capella.  

I hold a BA in Business Management and French from Ripon College.
