Malik Al-Arafat has more than 17 years’ intensive experience in the field of training and career development, most recently working for Saudi Aramco Corporate Academy as a program development and evaluation analyst. Through his career with Saudi Aramco, he worked as professional development and training advisor with Upstream Professional Development Center and as career counselor with the Training & Career Development Department. He obtained a master’s degree in global human resources management from the University of Liverpool. He has published several articles in both Arabic and English languages in Saudi Aramco’s weekly newspaper (Arabian Sun & Al-Qafilah al-Usbu'iyyah) and on LinkedIn.
