Mark Durgee comes from a background in management consulting, hospitality, disability services, higher education, and sales. His roles have ranged from a coffee shop barista to a sales director with multi-million-dollar budgets. One thing that ties his experiences together: a passion for performance improvement through training and coaching.
Mark has the honor of working in platforms like Adobe Connect, WebEx, and GoToTraining with some of the most talented practitioners, leaders, and change-makers in their respective industries.
His client list includes Amazon, 3M, Cisco, Dropbox, Progressive, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Comcast, Cox Communications, Ingersoll Rand, GE Healthcare, and many more.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Clark University and a Master of Arts in Human Performance Improvement from Roosevelt University. He has been a facilitator for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) since 2014 and was among the first recipients of ATD’s Associate Professional in Training and Development (APTD) Certification in the fall of 2017.
Mark lives in Mérida, México with his husband, two cats, and an amazingly caring and supportive community of family and friends.
