Marlo Calloway
ABOUT ME

Marlo Thomas-Calloway has over 22 years of human resources experience in local city, state and federal governments. She currently works as Career Transition Trainer and has conducted Department of Labor training courses for over 12,500 transitioning military professionals. She continues her passion for human resource development as an Adjunct Professor with Tidewater Community College for the last nine years. In addition, she served as a board 10 year board member for Hampton Roads Society of Human Resource Management and currently as the chapter president for SEVA Association of Talent Development (formerly ASTD). Marlo received her undergraduate degree in Human Resources from Strayer University and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Troy University. As the founder of MentorMe/T&DHR, her passion is for helping others achieve their professional wealth through career development. Marlo provides career coaching, training development and human resources services to individuals as well or corporations. Her goal is to help build strong-minded talented professionals that can actively contribute to their talents to their industry of choice.
