My background includes training delivery, performance improvement, managing learning programs, and interpersonal/business/personal skills. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. I hold a Masters of Science in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement.
