My greatest joy is in watching others succeed and feeling as though I may have had some small part in their success.

I am at my best when presented with problems that require creative solutions. I enjoy identifying the root cause, reviewing data, researching solutions, collaborating with colleagues, devising strategies, and delivering outcomes that exceed expectations. In fact, I need to be in a perpetual state of learning and discovery.

This approach has served me well in several industries (positions): banking (operations & training), defense (software), manufacturing (human resources), education (marketing, management, and computers), and architecture (marketing & business development). I have enjoyed many leadership and management roles throughout my career, all providing me opportunities for self reflection. With these experiences I have learned:
