Melissa Hersh is owner and principal of Answers Within LLC, a leadership coaching and consulting business. Through powerful conversations, Melissa helps her clients discover their answers within to reach their professional and personal goals. Her career has focused on empowering people through education, coaching and mentoring within higher education, executive leadership development programs, and in the K-12 system.

As Assistant Vice President for Business Engagement at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont she worked with national and global private and public-sector employers to support talent management strategies and enhance access to continuing education include undergraduate and graduate degrees. She also developed and delivered management training and executive leadership experiences to over 500 leaders. Along with her coaching practice, Melissa currently serves as a Governor's appointee on the Vermont State Workforce Development Board and is a member of ICF, International Coach Federation. 

Originally from NYC, Melissa holds degrees from New York University and Antioch University New England Graduate School and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University.
