Dr. Mia Mulrennan has spent the last 20-plus years working as a CHRO and consultant in Fortune 500 companies as an organizational psychologist to develop rave-worthy customer-centric brands and strong talent and culture strategies. She has been the CHRO of Star Restaurant Group and is the former chief talent officer of Sun Country Airlines.
She has a doctorate in applied industrial/organizational psychology, and is known as an internationally acclaimed speaker, with a specialization in teaching others how to apply tenets of psychology in business.
