I'm an Certified Coach, Development Professional, and HR Specialist: Passionate about creating a values driven culture at the heart of business; Driven to assist stakeholders align business solutions to corporate objectives; Facilitating informed interventions to overcome challenges and deliver impact.

I currently mentor/coach teachers in Saudi Arabia. In my previous position here I managed two leadership development programs which involved designing and delivering content both virtually and in person.

I graduated in 1998 with a BSc Business Systems & IT working first at an online startup and then an established Telecoms company. I funded my studies through stints in Sales and Customer Service always gravitating towards roles which involved developing others. Uncovering my passion I moved into education obtaining a teaching certificate while working at a 6th form college.

I used to commute by bicycle but had a dream to go further. I followed my heart and in 2006 cycled from the UK through Europe to Turkey. I spent 3 years teaching there before moving on to Mexico for a year. I moved to Saudi Arabia in 2010 and initially taught English for 5 years. I changed roles in 2016 and spent 6 years developing leaders, professionals, and apprentices.

I like to stay busy in my free time and depending on location my interests in recent years have included hiking, windsurfing, and jiu jitsu. I have also been known to get the odd tune out of a guitar from time to time.
