I am a Talent Development Business Partner with Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits Commercial Division covering the Northeast Region (NY-DE-MD-DC-OH-KY). In my role, I train and develop frontline sales consultants and managers to grow and excel in their positions. Prior to joining the TD team, I held a Sales Director position for the Fine Wine & Craft Spirits Division of SGWS Pennsylvania, overseeing a team of 10 sales consultants and managing a wine and spirits portfolio representing over 70 individual suppliers. A passionate student of the wine and spirits world, I hold industry certifications including the Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS), Italian Wine Scholar (IWS) and WSET Level 3 Advanced Wine award. Before joining SGWS in 2016, I held front-of-house and beverage manager positions at some of New York City and Philadelphia's award-winning restaurants such as ABC Kitchen by Jean-Georges (James Beard Award: Best New Restaurant, NYC) and Parc Brasserie in Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia. A graduate of Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts (BFA, Theatre) and Rutgers' Conservatory at Shakespeare's Globe (London), I have also had the pleasure to perform on professional stages in New York City and across the United States.
