I have been in the L&D space since the early 90s and have seen a lot of changes in the way we deliver training. My focus is eLearning but am interested in how to keep people engaged in the learning I create; that is something that keeps me engaged. Love the science of learning and how to use that to create better training materials, regardless of format.

I have had experience in many different industries as a consultant/contractor: aerospace, health insurance, big retail, small retail, banking, and p&c insurance. Currently, I'm proud to be working at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and being a part of the system that helps all Americans' financial lives safer and more secure.
