Hello,

My name is Michelle, but personally and professionally I go by Micki. 

I have been in the Healthcare industry for 30 years on the technical side, working in a hospital as a business office supervisor, in a clinic leading a customer service team and now as an Implementation Business Analyst for a software company.

My duties include recommending solutions to our healthcare clients for claims processing issues, teaching them how to use our claims software and then supporting them for several months after implementation.  

I am really hoping ATD can help me in developing tools for training and supporting our clients.  Instructional videos is one of the requests our clients have been asking us to develop in making the transition easier for teaching existing and new employees how to navigate our claims tools.
